Now tell me, have you been analyzing the hell out of that one tiny little black spot? You're not the only one!
Even though there's so much more in life than that one black spot, people tend to keep focusing on it without realizing anymore that there's lot's of space around it to be looking at too.
So ... what's my "point" ?
We are not living in the stone age anymore, so stop focusing on the negative and the danger! Start training your brain on looking for some positivity in every situation (without being naive of course!).
Why am I bringing up "the stone age"? Simply because our brain is programmed to alert itself for possible threats and danger, which automatically makes us more focused on the negative. But relax, there are no mammoths to chaise or wild animals you're being chased by so unless you find yourself in this kind of situation..... stay positive my friend!
How to see the blank space instead of the black dot?
Of course, just like everything in life , it's easier said than done. Just like starting to run, walk, cycle, ... it takes training to make your brain see the positivity in any situation as well. Without being overly positive, which isn't realistic either.
Here are some tips to see the bigger picture
