Why making a running bucket list?
Simply because working out, staying active week in and out, keeping your motivation high isn't as easy as everyone who's managing it likes to make it look!
It takes planning, preparation, dedication but most of all variation!
And that's exactly why your bucket list can help you stay motivated! 'Cause it can challenge you to spice up your training scheme and keep the fun in it so you don't get bored out by doing the same old training over and over again!
Lot's of people feel insecure from time to time. And as long as it doesn't hold you back, it shouldn't be a problem. But too often I see people quit working toward their goals just because they feel like they failed in some way. And that's where I want to step in, motivate, help to keep them going despite their negative thoughts! Because nobody (no body) is perfect!
Skipping one workout doesn't mean you failed!
When I ask my fit-girls "how are your workouts going?', they sometimes answer that they"re totally failing because they haven't had time to do that one strengthtraining planned on Friday ...
But skipping one single workout out of 4 to 5 workouts planned that week doesn't mean you're failing. Don't be so hard on yourself!
You can't expect your life to turn 360 degrees without some challenges along the way! And once you accept the fact that it's not going to be as easy as everyone likes to make it seem, you're half there!
Because when you expect it to be challenging and you realise there will be moments where you feel like giving up, quitting, falling back into your old lifestyle,... you will be strong for when that moment comes. And you'll be able to say to yourself:
"OK, we got this, it's nothing we didn't see coming. I can handle this!"
And so you will, without any doubt!
